We want Chosen Years to be genuinely usable by everyone, especially older adults and people using assistive technology. We build toward the WCAG 2.2 AA standard.

What we do

• Large, readable type (18px base on desktop) and comfortable line spacing.
• Strong colour contrast, with meaning never conveyed by colour alone.
• Full keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
• Semantic headings, labelled form fields and a skip-to-content link.
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences; no auto-rotating carousels.
• Clickable phone numbers and clear, plain-language copy.
